Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women willing to participate. 2) Age: 45-65 years of age 3) Years of experience should be minimum 5 years 4) Working hours: 5-6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with musculoskeletal conditions like recent fractures, neurological conditions, recent surgery. 2) Years of experience should not be less than 5 years.
