Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 physical status ASA I, II, III 2 patient of BPH posted for elective TURP surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patient refusal 2 Patients with psychiatric illness and mental retardation 3 Any contraindication to regional anaesthesia 4 patients who converted to general anaesthesia or require rescue analgesia or sedation 5 Allergy to local anesthetic
