Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the difference in conjunctival autograft thickness using AS-OCT with and without sutures .Timepoint: Pre operative, post operative day 1(baseline), 1 week, 1 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
2) To determine the mean change in CAT using AS-OCT after pterygium surgery pterygium surgery with & without sutures at 1 week post -op duration in study subjects. 3) To determine the mean change in CAT using AS-OCT after pterygium surgery with & without sutures at 1 month post - op duration in study subjects. 4) To estimate the corneal astigmatism status before & after surgery at day 1, 1week, 1 month of post-op period.Timepoint: Pre operative, post operative day 1(baseline), 1 week, 1 month
