Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hb level below 12mg/dl Patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiac or renal issues Patients with severe bleeding during menstruation Patients with Hb more than 12mg/dl Patients with any apparent diseases or involvement of any other system complications
