Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient diagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis by Chest Physician and referred to OPD. 2.All pulmonary TB patients who have taken AKT treatment at least for 6 months 3.Patients who have completed AKT not more than 3 years ago. 4.Able to walk independently 5.NYHA Grade I & II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients underwent thoracic or abdominal surgery in the previous year 2.Active TB Infection or AFB positive smear at recruitment 3.Any other musculoskeletal, systemic, neurological, cardiovascular or congenital disorders 4.Patient complaining of significant vision and hearing impairment. 5.Pregnancy (can influence fatigue) 6.NYHA Grade III & IV 7.Patient undergoing Rehabilitation programme for Sarcopenia 8.Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension 9.Patients not willing to consent
