Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. School going adolescents those who are in the age group of 14-16 years. 2. Those give assent for participation. 3. Those whose parents/guardians will give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who will not be available on the day of the investigators visit (Up to 02 visits). 2. Those with a known history of mental illness.

MeasureTime frame
Schutte’s Emotional intelligence scoreTimepoint: Baseline, at completion of intervention and at 3 months after completing intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Questionnaires with answers in likert scale will be used. Emotional intelligence (Score 33-165) self esteem (score 10-40) self-efficacy (score 10-40) satisfaction with life (score 5-35)Timepoint: Immediately post intervention, I.e at the end of 6 months. Long term follow up at 3 months post intervention.
