Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Term pregnancies getting admitted to KIMS labour room,who deliver vaginally and have minor PPH (500- 1000ml).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CNS diseases like epilepsy, Liver diseases, Hypertension cases, patients with bleeding disorders, Placenta previa cases

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Time taken by each drug to achieve well contracted state of uterus 2.Total amount of blood loss at the end of 5 minutes after fetal delivery Timepoint: 5 minutes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Total amount of blood loss. Time taken to reach a “well contracted ? state of uterus. Need for additional non-surgical or surgical methods further. Timepoint: next 30 mins after the delivery of the placenta
