Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participants of the age group between 20-50 years 2 Participants irrespective of gender caste religion occupation 3 Participants willing and able to participate in study 4 Apparently healthy participants assessed by CSIR Ayurgenomics TRISUTRA New Delhi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Psychological disorders & under the psychiatric treatment 2 Persons with the severe illness such as Heart disease STDs Tuberculosis etc

The evidence-based data related to the association between Dhatusarata and Sattvabala in the form of Pravara Madhyama and Avara will be generated through present studyTimepoint: 1 year

MeasureTime frame
Physical health and mental health both are interconnected in the individual If physical health of the person is affected largely it will also affect the mental health of the person and vice versa so data generated through present study will help us to know how physical and mental health are associated in an individual which can be used to understand the mental health of participants & generate awareness regarding physical & mental healthTimepoint: 1 year
