Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases already taken medication and having done prior investigations of PCOS will be considered for study after washout period of previous medication. 1. Both married and unmarried cases between age group 20 to 40 years having concern with their menses and diagnosed as PCOS will be included. 2. Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria. 3. Patients diagnosed PCOS having normal rhythmic cycle of 21-45 days of interval.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignancy of genital tract. 2. CA ovaries. 3. Congenital anomalies of genital tract. 4. Patients taking any other medication for their chronic or systemic illness. 5. Any menstrual disorder or anovulation other than PCOS like Thyroid abnormalities. 6. Patients having perimenopausal symptoms. 7. Married patients diagnosed pregnancy during screening. 8. Patients having cycle length more than 45 days.
