Inclusion criteria: • Primary hypertension • On regular medication • Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Female having menstruation • Mental illness • Pyrexia • Participants with a history of secondary hypertension • Hypertensive complications • Coronary heart disease • Pregnancy • Stroke • Not willing to participate
