Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. This study will be delimited to the handball players of age 17 to 24 years. 2. This study will be delimited to the Kurukshetra district of Haryana state. 3. This study will be delimited to the 100 subjects. 4. This study will be confined to the four motor fitness variables: agility, speed, flexibility and power and three psychological variables: aggression, will to win and motivation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family background, dietary habits and economic status of the players will be the limitation of the study. 2. Player’s personal lifestyle will also be the limitation of the study.
