Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mandibular premolar with single root canal Teeth with symptomatic apical periodontitis Teeth with PAI score less than 2 Patient ready to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non restorable and periodontally compromised teeth Teeth with calcification and resorption Medically compromised patient Patient with TMJ problem and reduced mouth opening Pregnant and lactating women Patient on antibiotic and steroid therapy
