Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal Healthy adult physically active individuals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any individual with cardio-respiratory co-morbidity

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is the precompensation by sodium bicarbonate on the acidosis which is induced by exercise in healthy individuals and this may delay the fatigue.Timepoint: The control study will be completed in the first month and the intervention with sodium bicarbonate along with data analysis will be completed in the 2nd and 3rd month and the publication will be done in consecutive months.
