Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: ASA grades 1 and 2 2: Patients undergoing elective lower abdominal Surgeries, perineal Surgeries and lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1:Patient refusal 2:Pre-existing Peripheral Neuropathy 3:Sepsis/local skin infection at the site of local anaesthetic administration 4:Allergy to local anaesthetic 5:Bleeding diathesis and coagulation disorder 6:Major cardio-respiratory disorder
