Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: multi rooted teeth with mesial or distal root affected Irreversible pulpitis with Apical periodontitis Sufficient crown structure for adequate isolation Age of patients between 18-55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth with external/internal resorption Calcified and curved canal Patients who does not consent to participate in study Teeth with open apices

It is a prospective study to evaluate the outcome of combination of non surgical endodontic therapy (NSET) and vital pulp therapy (VPT) for the management of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis (SIP) and apical periodontitis (AP) in permanent mandibular molar teeth. Timepoint: 1MONTH 3 MONTH 6 MONTH 8 MONTH

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
There is no statistical significant difference between the teeth treated with non surgical endodontic therapy (NSET) only and combination of vital tooth and non surgical endodontic therapy (VPT & NSET). Timepoint: 1 month ,3 months 6 months and 8 months
