Intervention1: interventional side - platelet lysate: platelet lysate is saturated by growth factors, proteins, cytokines, and chemokines obtained from Mothercell Regenerative centre Pvt Ltd Interven
Duration: 1 month: Platelet lysate will be obtained from Mothercell Regenerative centre Pvt Ltd & it will be inject in the buccal, palatal & distal sides of canine during the retraction phase Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Angle’s class I with bimaxillary protrusion & Angle’s class II div I Malocclusion (requires 1st premolar extraction) Minimum crowding ( less than 3mm) or minimum spacing ( less than 4mm) No previous history of orthodontic treatment No systemic diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients reported regular use of medications that affect the orthodontic tooth movement such as NSAIDs, Steroids etc Teeth with severe displacements ( such as the ectopic eruption of canine)
