Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 14 to 20 years 2. Female boxing players who are willing to participate 3. Boxing players with at least 1 years of playing experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players with history of any recent injury or surgery 2. Players with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other diseases or disorders 3. Players involved in any type of drugs or alcohol consumption 4. Players practicing other game/games along with boxing players
