Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Biopsy proven HNSCC (primary) of oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx , larynx and sinonasal region.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Past history of any malignancy including that of head and neck region. Immunosuppression due to HIV, chemotherapy, high dose of steroid therapy and patients with primary immunodeficiency diseases such as severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID)

| Overall incidence of HPV infection amongst patients of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinomas and site-specific distribution of the following mentioned sites will be studied. - Oral cavity - Oropharynx - Hypopharynx - Larynx - Sinonasal region Nodal metastasis between HPV positive and HPV negative tumors of the above mentioned sites. Association of HPV infection with clinicopathological entities in operated cases of HNSCC. Timepoint: 1.
