Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with Forward Head Posture CVA less than 48-50 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Individuals undergone spinal surgeries Vertebral deformity Joint diseases like arthritis and spondylolisthesis Radiculopathy
