Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young adults who are willing to participate. 2. Young adults who are in a specified age range (18 to 25 years) 3. Young adults who are available during data collection 4. Young adults who can read, write, and understand English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Young adults with known case of Diabetes and Pancreatic diseases 2. Young adults who had attend similar programme before 6 months
