Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No pain during overhead movements Injury prior six months Experience of a minimum of 6 months Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injuries, fractures, trauma Cervical pathologies RA, Comorbidities Any spinal deformities Any shoulder degenerative conditions Any inflammatory conditions Any neurological conditions (carpal tunnel syndrome)
