Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade 1 and 2 2. Age between 20 to 60 years 3. Patient giving valid informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Age more than 60 and less than 20 years 3. ASA grade 3 and 4 4. Patients with Ischaemic and Rheumatic heart disease 5. Patients with coagulation defects and patients on anticoagulants 6. Pregnant and lactating patients 7. Patients allergic to these drugs

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the controlled hemodynamic response between two infusions which are blood pressure mean arterial pressure heart rate end tidal CO2 and oxygen saturationTimepoint: 30 minutes prior induction of anaesthesia upto extubation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the controlled hemodynamic stability between two infusions after extubation in recoveryTimepoint: 10 to 15 minutes post extubation
