Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I, II, III undergoing elective orthopedic total knee arthroplasty under subarachnoid block
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known hypersensitivity or allergy to study drugs bleeding disorders infection at the site of block uncontrolled diabetic and hypertensive history of cardiac, liver or kidney disease patient not willing to participate in the study
