Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Practicing Suryanamaskar regularly for more than two years and were well acquainted with its practice. Healthy adult male Free from injuries Not in regular medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have a history of active sports training, major medical issues such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, asthma, neurological disorders in the past and recent history of surgery were excluded.
