Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy participants assessed by CSIR Ayurgenomics TRISUTRA New Delhi Participants of the age group between 18 to 60 years Participants irrespective of gender, caste, religion, occupation Participants willing and able to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who are physically challenged Persons having any psychological disorders Persons with the severe illness such as Heart disease, S.T. D’s, Tuberculosis, Cancer Persons suffering from G.I. tract disorders such as Ulcerative Colitis, G.E.R.D., Dysentery, Celiac Disease, Diverticulitis

It would be helpful for participants to know whether there is presence of Aruchi in order to make lifestyle changes that may improve their health.Timepoint: 1 year;This study will create awareness regarding benefits of Vyayama and its importance in curing Rasa Pradoshaja Vikara and preventing other diseases.Timepoint: 1 year
