Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed Cases of Ekakustha Willing to Participate in the trial with consent. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of ekakustha/Psoriasis Patients who are in the agegroup of 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with anesthetic skin lesions, frequent worsening of skin ulcerations, non-healing ulcers even if it is small, involvement of deeper dhatu. Patients suffering from psoriatic arthritis and erythrodermic psoriasis. Patients who are not fit for virechana karma. Pregnant and puerperal women. Patients suffering with any other systemic and congenital disorders. Patients receiving medications for other conditions that may interfere with clinical trial
