Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Achieved developmental milestone of at least sitting up without support Patients tolerating and practicing sham feed for a minimum of three months Weighting 8kg and above Patients with either Pure esophageal atresia or LGEA with a diversion in the neonatal period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Esophageal replacement with conduit other than the stomach Associated major congenital cardiac anomalies requiring cardiac/cardiothoracic intervention Associated with major developmental delay requiring neurological intervention Patients requiring replacement for caustic/acid injuries
