Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: More than 18 years and less than 65 years All patients with primary achalasia cardia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Secondary achalasia cardia ii) Redo surgery for achalasia iii) Any other or mixed motor disorder of the esophagus iv) Patient not consenting for surgery
