Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prolonged sitting subjects more than 7 hours of sitting per day for less than 4 months Age group 30 to 45 Both male and female Modified obers test Positive or coimbined obers and noble compression test positive Lateral knee pain NPRS 3 TO 7 Unilateral tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injuries in lower limb Congenital causes General ligament laxity cases Patella femoral pain syndrome cases Lumbar disc pathology Degenerative conditions
