Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systolic Pressure 140 TO 159 mmHg Diastolic Pressure 90 to 99mmHg Patient With Clinically Diagnosed Hypertension for More Than 1 Year Alcoholic BMI 18.5 TO 24.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to understand the technique Deep vein thrombosis Patients with any psychological or neurological problems Patients with diabetes mellitus Auto immune disease Any Lung Pathology Patients with any cardiac ad respiratory problems kyphosis or scoliosis
