Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatic arthritis patients with pain rating > 3 on Visual Analogue Scale 2. Age: 18-55 Years 3. Diagnosed RA patients as per ACR 2010 criterion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Any contraindication to TMS (Metal implants, facial tattoos, Skull defect, Pacemakers, Heart Valve etc) 2. Pregnancy or lactation 3. Patients having other neuropsychiatric disorder 4. Any other chronic pain condition, cardio-respiratory disorder. 5. Substance abuse
