Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group -22-60 years. 2) Both sex-Male and Female. 3) patient irrespective of caste and religion. 4) Patient with pratyatma lakshna of Vatkaphaj Grudhrasi i.e. - kati-sphik-prusht-uru-janu-jangha-pad vedana, stambh, tod, tandra, gaurav, aruchi. 5) S.L.R. Test positive –Above 300 6) Sciatic notch tenderness. 7) Patient belonging to any socio-economic class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with history of any direct or indirect trauma to spine. 2) Patient having severe lumbar canal stenosis, 3rd and 4th degree disc prolapse. 3) Pregnancy and children. 4) patient with Spinal tumour, malignant disease in the pelvis and tuberculosis of the vertebral bodies. 5) Patient with other systemic disorders like, CA Spine, Bone cancer, Fracture. 6) Gross disability in performing daily normal routine, bedridden patient or confined to a wheelchair will be excluded. 7) Patient not willing to participate in trial. 8) Severe alcoholic patient. 9) Age group below 22 yrs. and above 60 yrs.
