Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient diagnosed with sign &symptoms of CKD as per standard KDQOL CRITERIA 2 Patient presenting with symptoms of Mutravaha Srotas Dusti Shavyathu Pandu Shwaskricchta. 3 Patients of both gender of age 21 to 70 Groups with confirmed diagnosis of stage up to G3b as per standard KDIGO CRITERIA (I.e eGFR more than 30 and less than 44 ml/min. per 1.73 m2), not having undergone RRT were included. 4.Patients under controlled Diabetes ,Hypertension and anemia with or without conventional therapy 5.Sex Both male and female with irrespective gender. 6.Subjects who able to take medicine orally. 7.Subjects who are willing to sign the informed consent. 8.Subjects who are not registered in any other research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from Tuberculosis, Malignancy, Pregnancy and lactation, or any other systemic illness. 2. Uncontrolled diabetes and HTN 3. HIV-associated nephropathy and transplant allograph failure 4. Known case of Renal Artery stenosis. 5. Known case of Neoplasm of Kidney. 6. History of previous kidney transplant. 7. Patients of Congenital Renal Diseases like Autosomal dominant and Recessive Polycystic Kidney disease, Congenital Nephrotic syndrome (Finnish type), Alport’s syndrome, Fabry ‘s disease and juvenile Nephronophthisis.
