Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40 and 70 years 2. Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of Kampavata [Parkinsonism] 3. Controlled diabetes and hypertension cases to be taken with conventional medicine 4. Gender: Both 5. Socio-economic status: All 6. Preferably freshly diagnosed cases as well as cases of Kampavata [Parkinsonism] with a chronicity of less than 10 years with persisting symptoms despite allopathy medications. 7. ICD Code G20.C-Parkinsonism, unspecified 8.Patients willing to participate for an interventional study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with systemic disorders such as uncontrolled hypertension (more than 170/100 mmHg), congestive cardiac failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (RBS more than 250 and HbA1C more than 7), tuberculosis, hemiplegia, malignant disease etc. 2. Patients unfit for Basti and Nasya.

1.Reduction in symptoms like Kampa, Stambha, Avanamana, Vakvikruti and Gatisanga. 2.Improvement in overall Quality of Life. Timepoint: 0th, 18th day, 48th day and follow up on 78th day
