Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 to 60 years 2) Apparently healthy individuals 3) Individual indicated for Basti Karma. 4) Apparently healthy participants assessed by CSIR Ayurgenomics TRISUTRA New Delhi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age- less than 18 years, more than 60 years. 2) Pregnant women, Lactating women 3) Individual contraindicated for Basti Karma. 4) Person having systemic disease, history of MI,TB..
