Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 30-45 years Both male and female are included IT people and House Wife Subject with pre obesity (overweight) and grade1 Obesity {BMI – 25 – 34.9} Stable body weight during last three months Sedentary People

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hydrophobia Skin infections & Open wounds Cardiac conditions such as heart failure, recent myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, angina pectoris, cardiac pacemaker. Stroke Epilepsy, Severe cognitive or motor impairments Respiratory conditions Hypertension Diabetes mellitus Renal failure Recent fracture Pregnancy Anaemia Disabled person Genetically caused obesity Neck pain & back pain Hypothyroidism Steroid users
