Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy individuals aging between 15-18 years 2.Both genders i.e. male and female shooters 3.Players who have been practicing shooting from at least 2 years 4.A minimum score of 510 points in air pistol in previous national competitions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of any recent injury or recent surgery 2.No other medications and steroids 3.Recreational players

1.Balance -lower quarter Y-balance test 2.Accuracy 3.Dynamic balance Timepoint: The outcome measures will be assessed at baseline and post intervention (after 6 weeks)
