Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People with normal fasting and post-prandial blood glucose value and Hb1Ac value 2. The OGT value being higher than normal by OGTT 3. Aged between 20-55 years of age, both gender 4. Does not suffer from any other chronic ailments and on medication that may affect the result 5. Does not suffer from any endocrinological problem and on medication for the same 6. Willing to participate, sign the informed consent and comply the study norms and rules 7. Not taking any drug (s) that might modify blood glucose profile (hypo or hyper glycemic) 8. Patients suffering from chronic ailments but are not diabetic and the medication does not interfere glucose metabolism 9. Alcoholic people but do not suffer from diabetic but clearly show the sign of pre-diabetes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients 2. Pregnant women 3. People who follow strict diet discipline and follow very low carb diet 4. People who cannot comply the study protocol
