Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Hb gm percentage within the range of 9 to 11 g/dl 2) Patients ae between 20 - 40 years. 3) Irrespective of gender, caste and religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients suffering from Haemorrhagic disorders. 2) Patients suffering from chronic illness like DM, HTN, TB, HIV, Leukemia, liver diseases, endocrinal disorders. 3) Pregnant women, lactating mothers.
