Inclusion criteria: All referred patients aged above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Referred trauma patients those are brought dead 2)Burn patients 3)Trauma patients directly coming to AIIMS jodhpur

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the proportion of referred patients who do not receive the appropriate primary management regarding airway, breathing, circulation and neurological impairment before being referred to AIIMS Jodhpur.Timepoint: At baseline, 6 months and 12 months

1)To identify the area of deficiency in primary management 2)To identify centre wise efficacy of primary management. 3)To document reasons for referral. Timepoint: At baseline, 6 months & 12 months
