Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients irrespective of sex, presenting with signs and symptoms of Cervical Spondylosis . 2.Patient having findings of cervical spondylosis in plain Cervical X ray( AP and lat). 3.Subjects of age group 20 to 60 years will be registered in both the groups. 4.Patients fit for stimulation of marma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Post traumatic patients having history of fractures and dislocation of cervical and shoulder region. 2.Patients having cervical deformities, postural defects and uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, malignancy and hepatitis. Major systemic disorders, neurodegenerative condition of spine (eg TB, malignancy)
