Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted for period of at least 2.5 months in rehabilitation center and willing for de-addiction. 2. Male patients aged between 18-60 years. 3. Patients recovered from withdrawal symptoms due to abstinence of substance drug.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients cotraindicated for ghrita consumption. 2. Patients having withdrawal symptoms more than seven days 3. Patients with Ekal Pittaprakruti 4. Patients having history of relapse of addiction more than three times. 5. Patients who have severe complication (like Kidney failure, liver failure, etc.

The Pre -post bio-chemical blood assessment for complete Blood count & LFT will be considered as secondary end point of study indicating any effect of study drug regime on restoration of homeostasis & liver function recoveryTimepoint: 0 Day & 180 days
