Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS UNDERGOING LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERIES UPTO 2 HOURS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with cardiopulmonary disorders 2.pregnancy 3.smokers

To study the aeration score[atelectatic changes] pre op &post opTimepoint: To study the aeration score[atelectatic changes] pre op &post op at interval of 10, 30 & 60 minutes.

to monitor hemodynamic changes at different PEEP LEVELS 5,7,10Timepoint: to monitor hemodynamic changes INTAOPERATIVELY at different PEEP LEVELS 5,7,10 EVERY 5 MINUTES
