Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Children of either sex age between 08 to 16 years. 2)Children having BMI greater than 85th percentile and less than 95th percentile of CDC growth charts and minimum three classical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya viz. Chala Sphika Udara Stana, Aalasya/Utsah Hani, Kshudra Shwasa/Aayase Shwasa, Nidraadhikya, Swedaadhikya, Daurgandhya, Atipipasa, Atikshudha (Due to exogenous causes) 3)Children on oral medication for obesity (those who are willing to get enrolled) will be included in the study after a wash out period of two weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children of age between less than 08 years and greater than 16years. 2)Children who are known cases of any systemic, endocrinal illness like DM, Thyroid disorders, HTN, CHD, Asthma etc. or known cases of any psychiatric or genetic disorders. 3)Children who are known case of drug induced obesity or overweight.
