Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur/Semiprofessional sprinters. Both Genders. Age group 18 to 25years. Participants who are willing to participate. Participants fulfilling PAR Q+ Those who wear sports shoes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of acute and severe systemic illness Any recent surgical and medical history which will affect performance Psychologically unstable participants
