Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, scheduled for single/double level thoracolumbar spine surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minimally invasive surgeries Patient’s refusal to the block procedure Contradictions to regional technique e.g., allergy to local anesthetic drugs, block site infection, coagulation disorders. greater Body mass index of more than thirty five kilogram per meter square Pregnancy Physical or mental disorders that would interfere with the evaluation of pain
