Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The kyphosis postural anomaly of more than 42 degree measured by inclinometer. The participants who are giving informed consent for voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of fracture, surgery,joint disease in the vertebral column, shoulder girdle or pelvis. The participants who are unwilling to continue the exercises or absent in two consecutive exercise sessions and absent in measurements sessions.
