Intervention1: Leech, Joshanda Aftimoon: The Test group ‘A’, comprising 22 patients, will be treated by
application of 2-4 leech as per need twice weekly for 42 days & oral
administration of Joshanda

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed with primary varicose veins 2. Patients willing to give written informed consent and follow the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Patients who fail to follow up. 4. Patients of diabetes and severe hypertension. 5. Patient who are taking Anti-coagulant therapy 6. Patients of secondary varicose veins. 7. Patients of Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT). 8. Patients of coagulopathy. 9. Patients of severe systemic diseases. 10. Patients unwilling to give written informed consent.
