Inclusion criteria: Patient who are willing to study Patient age group between 15 to 25 years will be selected for study Selection of patients will be irrespective of their marital status,parity,socio economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing for this study will be excluded. Malignant disease should be avoided Pregnant and Lactating women should be avoided Patient with uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension,and thyroid disease. Case of Secondary Dysmennorhoea
