Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ischemic stroke - normal or corrected to normal vision. - Six months – two years post-stroke - disability in at least one of their hands due to stroke - grade of =1 and =2 on the Manual Muscle Test (Medical Research Council) - Spasticity grade on modified Ashworth scale =2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aged less than 18 and more than 60 years, Gross cognitive impairment(MMSE23) Neurological conditions other than stroke that affect upper extremity (UE) function, severe pain in UE (i.e.less than or equal to 7/10 on NRPS)

MeasureTime frame
We intend to evaluate the effects of BCI handexoskeleton therapy on functional rehabilitation of hand using several physiotherapy and neurological scales as well as overall health using novel stroke biomarkers.Timepoint: The study will be for phase two a six months and Phase II b will two and half years Total three years

Same as Primary OutcomeTimepoint: Total study period is for three years Trial period is three months as Out-Patient & follow-up for one year
